TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Billing Policy: For airport transfers billing begins when the driver and/or vehicle leaves the terminal for its scheduled pickup and ends upon return to the terminal. For hourly customer directed service billing begins at the scheduled pickup time and location. All additional charges incurred may be added to your bill. A waiting charge of $1.00 per minute begins after the 15 minute grace period. Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation charge advanced notice must be given. Notification must be given prior to the scheduled pick up time by the amount of time indicated by the vehicle type. A cancellation of any reservation within the notice period will result in a full charge of the reservation. Economy Sedan, Business Class Sedan and SUV: 4 hours notice. Executive Van, Luxury Van, Stretch Limousine: 24 hours notice. A “No Show” is considered a fully chargeable cancellation. The client will be charged for any damages to the vehicle that are caused by the client or his/her guests. One Transportation assumes no responsibility for either lost or damaged articles left in or nearby the vehicle(s) belonging to the passenger. Every effort will be made to locate the lost article and deliver the item to the owner at the owners expense. One Transportation Group, LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
